Crouching Tiger Hidden Carrot

  • 1 1/2 oz Tapatio Reposado
  • 3/4 oz La Garrocha Amontillado
  • 1/4 oz Aveze Gentiane Liqueur
  • 1 oz Carrot Syrup (1:1 Carrot Juice and Sugar, heated and cooled)
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 4 dashes Vieux Pontarlie Absinthe


  • For the Carrot Syrup: Heat equal parts carrot juice and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Keep in the refrigerator.
  • For the cocktail: Mix all ingredients well in a shaker. Double strain and pour in to a coupe glass. No garnish necessary.
