Combine all ingredients in a shaker; add ice & shake again; serve on the rocks. Thai Shrub: 2 cups rice wine vinegar 2 cups shredded coconut 1/4 cup chopped ginger 1 chopped lemongrass 1 jalapeno cut down the middle Combine all ingredients into a sealed vessel.
