Seasonal Mule
Servings: 1
- 1 1/2 oz Clear Vodka
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Blood Orange Juice
- 1/3 oz Ginger Beer (Use a high quality store bought or make a homemade version per the instructions below)
- 1/2 oz Kumquat Syrup
- 3/4 oz Water
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
To make homemade Ginger Beer: 3/4 oz Lime Juice; 1/3 oz Ginger Juice; 1/2 oz Simple Syrup; 3/4 oz Water. Mix all together and if you want to carbonate it, use a soda siphon.
To make the cocktail: Mix all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over ice into a mule mug. Garnish with lime or blood orange slices.
