Combine all in a shaker, strain into a glass and top off with Lilikoi Foam and honey drizzle. Add grilled pineapple wedge and purple orchid as a garnish.
Homemade Island POG - Blend 30 oz Perfect Puree Carmelized Pineapple, 15 oz Perfect Puree Guava, 30 oz Fresh Orange Juice.
Lilikoi Foam - In a whipped cream dispenser, add 2 oz Giffard Fruit de la Passion. Then fill to the line with egg whites. Shake then add whip to top of cocktail.
