With the seasonal sweetness of wild huckleberries, and distinct flavors of Charbay's Doubled & Twisted Whiskey - you can savor this exceptionally juicy cocktail. Here's one of our favorite ways to elevate an iconic whiskey sour!

 Wild Huckleberries (or use store-bought Blueberries)
 1 oz Simple Syrup
 3 oz Lemon Juice
 4 oz Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey(45% ABV)
 Optional: Egg WhiteThis is used in a traditional whiskey sour.
 Optional: Huckleberry Simple SyrupCook equal parts huckleberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Strain into a separate container to make a huckleberry simple syrup.

Pick Huckleberries (or use store-bought Blueberries).

Muddle together huckleberries with the simple syrup, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker and shake until cooled.

In two glasses, pour the cocktails over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lemon peel rind.
