The Manhattan is a classic. Hard to beat a classic unless you use our R5 Whiskey. Being an original distillery located in Northern California, we gave it the name West Coast Manhattan.
2 oz Charbay Whiskey R5(49.5% ABV)
1 oz Dolin Vermouth Blanc
1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Stir the whiskey, vermouth and bitters well in a stirring glass with ice, then strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with a brandied cherry.
