A Gimlet is traditionally made with gin. But if smooth is what you like, then you need to make it with our Clear Vodka. With just three ingredients, you'll be drinking a freshly made Vodka Gimlet in no time...
2 oz Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV)
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup

Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
