🍸 Wizards of Elixir Cocktail Competition Entry
The Perfect Purée products used in the cocktail were The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper and The Perfect Purée Coconut.
2 oz Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV)
FloraLuna Smoked Salt and Pepper Bitters
1 oz The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper
¼ oz The Perfect Purée Coconut
½ oz Yuzu Juice
½ oz Ginger SyrupRecipe below
Thai Basil, garnish

Ingredients for Ginger Syrup:
- 1 part ginger, peeled
- 1 part water
- 1 part sugar
Method for Ginger Syrup: Combine equal parts peeled ginger, water and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Place mixture in a blender, blend and strain.

Method for Thai Me a River: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain over pebble ice. Garnish with Thai basil.
