 1 ½ oz Tequila Tapatío Blanco
 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
 ½ oz Lime Juice
 ¼ oz St‑Germain
 ¼ oz Thai Chili Shrub
 ¼ oz Aperol
 1 oz Tonic Water

Make the Thai Chili Shrub to your liking. A shrub is a drinking vinegar typically made from three simple ingredients: fruit, vinegar, and sugar. This is a spicy Thai version, made with chilis.

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into a tall glass, with ice and freshly cut grapefruit segments.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
