 1 ½ oz Thyme Infused Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV) - Recipe below
 ½ oz Clement Creole Shrubb Orange Liqueur
 1 oz Caramelized Pineapple ShrubRecipe below
 ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
 2 dashes Orange Flower Water
 1 oz Coconut Water
 Dehydrated Pineapple, garnish

Ingredients for Caramelized Pineapple Shrub:

  • 1 part The Perfect PurĂŠe Caramelized Pineapple
  • 1 part sugar
  • ž part vinegar

Method for Caramelized Pineapple Shrub: Combine equal parts The Perfect PurÊe Caramelized Pineapple and sugar (by weight). Stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Add ž vinegar (based on weight used for concentrate and sugar).

Ingredients for Thyme infused Charbay Clear Vodka:

  • 1 L. Charbay Clear Vodka
  • 1 bunch thyme

Method for Thyme infused Charbay Clear Vodka: Infuse the Charbay Clear Vodka and thyme for two days.

Method for Soul’s Return: Combine all the ingredients, excluding the coconut water and dehydrated pineapple. Stir. Add coconut water. Stir and refrigerate for one hour. Strain over a coffee filter. Serve over one large ice cube in rocks glass, give a little stir. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and enjoy.
