The Si Guey was created by the legend Sasha Petraske. When made with Reposado, it's a zesty, smoky cocktail rich with layers.

2 oz Tequila Tapatío Reposado(40% ABV)
¼ oz Dry Curaçao
3 dashes of Orange Bitters
¼ oz Scotch - float on top

Combine all ingredients above in a glass. Add a large ice cube and stir to blend and chill - about 20 seconds.

With the back of a small spoon, gently float the 1/4 oz Islay Scotch on top.
