🍸 Wizards of Elixir Cocktail Competition Entry
The Perfect Purée product used in the cocktail was The Perfect Purée Pink Guava.
2 oz Charbay Chartreuse(40% ABV) - Recipe below
1 oz The Perfect Purée Pink Guava
1 oz Salted Burnt Sugar Coconut CreamRecipe below
½ oz House Made Smoked Pineapple Liquor
¾ oz Lime Juice

Ingredients for Charbay Chartreuse:
- Charbay Clear Vodka
- house blend botanicals
Method for Charbay Chartreuse: Sous vide Charbay Clear Vodka and botanicals to infuse.

Ingredients for Salted Burnt Sugar Coconut Cream:
- 1 part burnt cane sugar
- 1 part coconut cream
- salt, to taste

Method for Seth Gecko: Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a Tiki Mug over crushed ice.
