🍸 Wizards of Elixir Cocktail Competition Entry
The Perfect Purée products used in the cocktail were The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit, The Perfect Purée Black Currant and The Perfect Purée Mango.

 1 ½ oz Kiwi Infused Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV) - Recipe below
 ¼ oz Kalani Coconut Liqueur
 ¼ oz Spirit Works Sloe Gin
 ⅓ oz Passion Fruit Vanilla SyrupRecipe below
 1 oz Hibiscus Blueberry SyrupRecipe below
 ¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
 ¾ oz Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
 ½ oz Black Currant Mango FoamRecipe below

Ingredients for Kiwi infused Charbay Clear Vodka:

  • 1-liter Charbay Clear Vodka
  • 6 fresh kiwis

Method for Kiwi infused Charbay Clear Vodka: cut the kiwis and soak them in the Charbay Clear Vodka for 24 hours. Strain and enjoy!

Ingredients for Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup:

  • The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit
  • wet vanilla bean, de-seeded
  • sugar
  • water

Ingredients for Hibiscus Blueberry Syrup:

  • blueberries
  • hibiscus flowers
  • water
  • sugar

Ingredients for Black Currant Mango Foam:

  • The Perfect Purée Black Currant 
  • The Perfect Purée Mango
  • coconut milk

Method for Scaredy Cat: Combine all ingredients, excluding foam, with ice into a shaker, shake and strain. Top with foam.
