6 Fresh Raspberries
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime Juice
4 Mint Leaves
2 oz Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV)
Ginger Beer

Muddle together several Raspberries, Simple Syrup, and Lime Juice in a shaker.

Then add Mint Leaves, Charbay Clear Vodka, and ice.

Shake well until incorporated evenly.

Strain over fresh ice in a copper mug.

Top off with Ginger Beer.

Garnish with Fresh Raspberries & Sprig of Mint.
