Created by Kathleen Amtower, this Green Tea Vodka cocktail is layered with citrus flavors of lime leaves, grapefruit and lemon. It's the perfect refresher for an afternoon with friends! 🍸 Bartender's Creation

charbay cocktail made with green tea vodka called not jaded yet by roof 106
 1 ½ oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka
 ½ oz Aplomado Aperitivo
 ½ oz Makrut Lime Leaf Simple Syrup
 ½ oz Lemon Juice
 ½ oz Grapefruit Juice

To make Makrut Lime Leaf Simple Syrup: Ingredients - 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, handful of Makrut Lime leaves.
In a small saucepan boil the water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Turn heat off and add the lime leaves. Let steep for 1 hour. Strain into a clean jar and seal with lid. Store in the fridge.

Combine all over ice in shaker, hard shake.

Double strain over new ice in a large rocks glass / bucket.

Garnish with a twisted fresh grapefruit peel & edible flower.
