The Nostalgie Walnut Whiskey Sour is a specialty blend of Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey and Nostalgie Black Walnut Liqueur. Together with a little lemon and sweetener, it's nutty, bright, rich and just tart enough.
1 ½ oz Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey(45% ABV)
½ oz Charbay Nostalgie Black Walnut Liqueur(30% ABV)
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Walnut Syrup or Simple Syrup
½ oz Egg White or Aquafaba

First, dry shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Then add ice to the cocktail and shake again.

Double strain into a coupe glass.

Finish with a candied walnut or a little freshly grated nutmeg.
