Make the Fennel Syrup and let cool.
Juice a cucumber, separate one egg.
Now mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Garnish with lemon slices.
For Fennel Syrup: Cook equal parts sugar and water with sprigs of fennel. Bring to boil and strain.
