When you want something unique, and like to challenge your cocktail making skills, this Meyer Lemon Vodka cocktail with fennel and cucumber won't disappoint. đ¸ Recipe courtesy of Perch + Plow, Santa Rosa, CA
1 ½ oz Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka(40% ABV)
¼ oz Green Chartreuse
¾ oz Meyer Lemon Juice
½ oz Fennel Syrup
¼ oz Cucumber Juice
½ oz Egg White

Make the Fennel Syrup and let cool.

Juice a cucumber, separate one egg.

Now mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Garnish with lemon slices.

For Fennel Syrup: Cook equal parts sugar and water with sprigs of fennel. Bring to boil and strain.
