 1 ½ oz Charbay Clear Vodka
 1 oz Mango Syrup
 1 oz Lime Juice
 ½ oz Ginger Gum Syrup
 1 dash Soda Water

For homemade Ginger Syrup: Ingredients - 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup ginger, peeled and chopped. In a small saucepan, boil water, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and add ginger. Steep mixture for 30 minutes. Strain into a jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Add all ingredients into shaker. Shake well.

Strain into a copper mule mug filled with ice.

Top with soda water. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and dried mango slice.
