 1 oz Charbay Clear Vodka
 1 oz Coconut Cream
 ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
 ¾ oz Orange Juice
 2 oz Thai Tea
 ¼ oz Falernum (sweet liqueur from Barbados)
 2 dashes Homemade Vanilla Bean Extract

To make vanilla extract: Ingredients 8 oz Charbay Clear Vodka, 8 vanilla beans. Split vanilla beans down the center with a sharp knife. Place vanilla beans in a clean jar and pour in the vodka. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 2-3 months, shaking occasionally. Once it has reached desired taste, strain vodka into a clean jar. Now it's ready to use in your recipes.

Build the cocktail in a collins glass in the order listed above.

Top with coconut foam.
