The greyhound is a classic grapefruit cocktail. Make it bellissimo with our 100% whole fruit Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka blended with Campari, for an Italian flair.
2 oz Charbay Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka(40% ABV)
½ oz Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit
¼ oz Campari

Mix vodka and juice in a shaker, over ice.

Strain into a cold martini glass with grapefruit zest, salt and sugar rim.

Then add the chilled Campari and garnish with a citrus twist.
