1 ½ oz Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey(45% ABV)
¾ oz Tempus Fugit Gran Classico Bitter
1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Demerara Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with a large cube.

Garnish with a couple of cleaned pineapple leaves for a polished tropical look.
