1 oz Charbay R5 Whiskey(49.5% ABV)
1 oz TapatĂo Blanco Tequila(40% ABV)
½ oz The Perfect PurĂŠe Thai Basil & Black Pepper
1 oz Aperol
¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz Citrus Juice (Lemon, Lime, Orange)
Float of Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA

Combine all but IPA and shake over ice.

Strain into a coupe glass and float IPA on top.

Garnish with lemon peel.
