Perfectly layered with our Green Tea Vodka, it adds an aromatic and delicate flavor, with a low tannin profile. It is paired nicely with honey, lemon, mint leaves, and floated pomegranate juice for an acidic sweetness.

2 oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka(35% ABV)
1 oz Honey Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
8 Mint Leaves
Topped off with a Pomegranate Juice Float

Add Charbay Green Tea Vodka, Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Mint Leaves into a shaker tin with ice.

Shake until desired coldness.

Double strain your cocktail in a glass with fresh ice.

Using the back of a bar spoon, float your Pomegranate Juice atop the cocktail gently.

Garnish with some extra mint sprigs.
