½ Fig
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka(35% ABV)
Sparkling Water
Garnish: Fig and Thyme

Muddle together the fig and simple syrup in a glass.

Then fill with ice and add Charbay Green Tea Vodka.

Top off with Sparkling Water.

Garnish with a Fig and Sprig of Thyme.
