This Green Tea vodka cocktail, with a purple Butterfly Pea tea float, is pretty to look at, and importantly, delicious to drink!

2 oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka(35% ABV)
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Elderflower Syrup
Splash of Ginger Beer
Butterfly Pea Tea (Floated on Top)

Make a pot of butterfly pea tea, as per instructions. Let it cool in the fridge.

In a glass of ice, add vodka, lime juice, elderflower syrup, and splash of ginger beer. Leave room for the butterfly pea tea float.

Slowly pour cooled butterfly pea tea as the float on top.

Garnish with a lime wheel and edible flower.
