Epic Steaks Bloody Mary cocktail made with Charbay Meyer Lemon vodka. Two glasses, with limes as the garnish.
 1 ½ oz Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
 1 Dash Sriracha
 1 Dash Tabasco Sauce
 2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
 1 Spoonful Horseradish
 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice
 1 Squeeze Lime Juice
 1 Pinch Sugar
 Top with Tomato Juice

Combine all (except tomato juice) in a cocktail shaker, adjust spice to taste and shake well.

Add ice and then top up with tomato juice.

Shake again well and pour into a glass rimmed with Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.

Garnish with a skewer of house-brined pearl onions, Catelvetrano Olives, charcuterie from Boccalone Salumeria in the San Francisco Ferry Building and lemon & lime wedge.
