Recipe features Black Currant puree from The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. 

Cocktail called racer 5 whiskey with a spicy flavor.
 1 ¼ oz Charbay R5 Whiskey
 ½ oz The Perfect Purée Black Currant
 ¼ oz St George's Bruto Americano
 ¼ oz Spiced Syrup
 ½ oz Lemon Juice
 1 ½ oz Märzenbier

Add all ingredients in the small part of a 2 piece shaker, fill with ice, shake until exterior of the shaker is frosting.

Double strain into glass of choice.

Top with Märzenbier, fill with ice (optional) and garnish with fresh berries.
