Our R5 Whiskey makes a killer cocktail, especially when you blend it with the exotic fruit flavors of dragon fruit and star fruit. 🍸 Bartender's Creation - Recipe by Randy Languerand at Brix, Napa, CA
1 oz Charbay R5 Whiskey(49.5% ABV)
½ oz The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate
½ oz Perfect Puree Coconut
1 oz Cuvee del Ocean Agricole Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Coconut Water
3 oz Fresh Cane Juice
½ oz Dry Curacao
¼ oz Dragon Fruit Juice
¼ oz Star Fruit Juice
¼ oz Vanilla Bean Pistachio Orgeat

Combine all in a shaker, shake well, double strain into coupe glasses.

Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
