🍸 Wizards of Elixir Cocktail Competition Entry
The Perfect Purée product used in the cocktail was The Perfect Purée Raspberry.
1 ½ oz Spice Infused Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV) - Recipe below
¾ oz Falernum
2 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters
½ oz The Perfect Purée Raspberry
¾ oz Lime Juice
¼ oz Pea Flower Tea

Ingredients for Spice Infused Charbay Clear Vodka:
- 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
- 1 whole allspice
- 1 sprig of lemon verbena
- 1/16 tbsp. oolong tea
Method for Spice Infused Charbay Clear Vodka: Combine the ingredients in a vacuum sealed bag. Heat the sealed bag in a water bath or similar setup for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the sealed bag from the heat and let it cool before opening.

Method for Crimson Delight: Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. Use a coffee filter to strain the combined mixture to remove any solids. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Sip and enjoy your Crimson Delight!
