Recipe features  Carmelized Pineapple from The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. 

 1 oz Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
 ¾ oz Worthy Park Jamaican Rum
 ¼ oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur
 ¾ oz Lime Juice
 ½ oz Burnt Almond Orgeat
 ½ oz Carmelized Pineapple from The Perfect Purée Napa Valley
 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Add all components to shaker with broken ice and shake vigorously.

Double strain. Serve up in chilled coup glass.
