The Perfect Purée products used in the cocktail were The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit and The Perfect Purée Pink Guava.
1 ½ oz Charbay Clear Vodka(40% ABV)
½ oz John D Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
¼ oz Aperol
1 oz POG SyrupRecipe below
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Pineapple Juice

Ingredients for POG Syrup:
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava
- 1 oz. orange juice
Method for POG Syrup: Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Method for Club Havana: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a rocks glass.
