A cocktail that recreates that perfect summer evening that you hope never ends. The vanilla and baking spices shine in the beginning, with notes of dark chocolate at the end to help balance the sweetness of this delightful, summery cocktail.

 2 oz Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
 ¼ oz Oat Milk
 ½ Oloroso Sherry Apple Syrup(Recipe below)
 ¼ oz Unfiltered Apple Cider (non-alcoholic)
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice

Place all ingredients into a shaking tin and shake cocktail with regular ice for 20 seconds.

Strain cocktail into a Collins or highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish cocktail with apple slices, brown sugar oat rim, fresh mint, and nutmeg.

Oloroso sherry apple syrup: 1 honey crisp and 1 granny smith apple chopped, 1⁄2 cup of brown sugar, 1⁄4 cup water, 6 cinnamon sticks, 2 star anise
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Mash thoroughly while heating. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a nonreactive container, then cool. Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.

Brown sugar oat rim: 1⁄4 cup of brown sugar, 1⁄4 cup of your favorite oats. Add all ingredients into food processor and blend for 20 seconds.
