 2 oz Blueberry Infused Charbay Clear Vodka
 1 oz Lemon
 1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
 2 dashes Orange Blossom Water
 1 drop Lemon Verbena Extract

To make blueberry infused vodka: Ingredients - 1 cup Charbay Clear Vodka, 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. Muddle blueberries in a clean jar. Pour in vodka and shake. Leave to infuse for 3-7 days in a cool, dark place, shaking gently every day. Once reached desired flavor, strain into a clean jar. Store in the fridge.

To make lavender simple syrup: Ingredients - 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, handful of dried or fresh lavender flowers.
In a small saucepan boil the water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Turn heat off and add the lavender flowers. Let steep for 1 hour. Strain into a clean jar and seal with lid. Store in the fridge.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a blueberry on a skewer.
