Blood & Roses, a cocktail worthy of its name. Blood Orange Vodka, Aperol, Miso topped with elderflower liqueur foam for a floral finish 🍸 Bartender's Creation - Recipe by Ramen Gaijin

 1 ½ oz Charbay Blood Orange Vodka(40% ABV)
 ½ oz Aperol
 ¼ oz Simple Syrup
 2 ½ g Shiro Miso
 ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
 Grapefruit Elderflower Foam

Combine all, add ice, shake and double strain into a coupe. Top with grapefruit elderflower foam.

Grapefruit Elderflower Foam Recipe - 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 3 oz elderflower liqueur, 6 oz egg whites. Mix together juices and elderflower, add with egg whites to a whip cream canister. Seal, shake to combine and add 1 co2 charge. Makes enough foam for several drinks
