2 oz Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey(45% ABV)
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Dehydrated Orange Slice

Freshly squeeze a blood orange and add the juice to a shaker with simple syrup, lemon juice, and Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey.

In another shaker, separate the egg white from the yolk. Using only the egg white, add the rest of the combined ingredients and shake until you achieve a foamy mixture.

Then add a large cube of ice to the shaker and shake for 8 seconds to chill the beverage completely.

In a glass, double strain your cocktail over a fresh cube of ice, and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
