Recipe features Passion Fruit puree from The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. 

 1 ½ oz Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka
 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree by The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  oz Orgeat
 ¼ oz Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup
 1 Barspoon of Velvet Fallernum
 Activated Charcoal Passion Fruit Foam (recipe in directions)

Blended served in a coupe with foam on top.

Foam recipe: 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree, 1 egg white, 1/4 oz velvet fallernum, 1 1/2 oz water, 4 capsules activated charcoal.
