Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Tapatio Blanco
.5 oz. Solerno
.5 oz. Aperol
1.5 oz. House-made sweet & sour*
Directions
Combine all ingredients, shake and serve over ice in a Collins glass with salt rim. Garnish with an orange peel. *House-made sweet & sour = equal parts fresh lime juice & lemon juice blended with simple syrup
