My Paloma

Designed by Julia Jones of the CIA Greystone (featured especially for Napa Valley’s Restaurant Month). A great Aperitif or Amuse Cocktail!



  • 1.5 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka
  • .75 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • .75 oz. grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 splash club soda
  • 1 dash Texas de la Rosa Grapefruit Bitters


Shake all ingredients, except club soda. Pour into rocks glass; top with soda. Garnish: lime / half salted rim
