Epic Steak’s Bloody Mary

  • 1.5 oz Charbay Meyer Lemon Flavored Vodka
  • 1 dash Sriracha
  • 1 dash Sugar
  • 2 dash Worcestershire
  • .5 lime + lemon (each)
  • 1 spoonful Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 dash Tabasco Sause
  • 6 oz Tomato Juice (locally-sourced if possible)
  • 1 Charcuterie Skewer (See notes below)


  • Combine all in a pint glass (adjust spicy ingredients to taste); fill rest of glass with ice and then fill with locally-sourced tomato juice; shake well and pour into glass rimmed with Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.
