This delicious cocktail was created by Chris Baker, The Tavern on Fourth in San Rafael, CA.
1.5 oz Charbay Meyer lemon Vodka
1 oz Meyer lemon juice
.75 oz Lavender simple syrup
.25 oz crème de violette
1 egg white
Dry shake egg (shake only egg until well mixed). Add the rest of ingredients and ice, shake again. Serve up. Garnish with lavender sprig.
