Epic Steak’s Bloody Mary

1.5 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Flavored Vodka
1 dash Sriracha
1 dash sugar
2 dash Worchestershire
.5 lime + lemon (each)
1 spoonful of prepared horseradish
1 dash Tabasco sauce
6 oz. Tomato juice (locally-sourced if possible)
1 Charcuterie Skewer (see notes below)


Combine all in a pint glass (adjust spicy ingredients to taste); fill rest of glass with ice and then fill with locally-sourced tomato juice; shake well and pour into glass rimmed with Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.
