Angele’s Green Tea Cooler

Refreshing for a summer day in Napa Valley

Ingredients

2 oz. Green Tea Flavored Vodka
2 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup*
1 part splash soda water

Directions

Add ingredients to ice filled highball glass; top with soda water; gently roll into a shaker to mix and pour back into the glass; garnish a with lemon wedge (courtesy of Angele Restaurant in Napa, CA) *Simple Syrup – Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in the 2 cups of sugar – stir until fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Save in a bottle for adding to cocktails, iced tea, etc.
